Following capacity building sessions participants are granted access to our mentors. As leaders in the black community, our mentors volunteer with us to guide participants with their individual governance and leadership goals.
The Board Engages
As a not-for- profit organization it is essential all public communications intended to represent the organizations initiatives are well thought out. The responsibility of creating the framework for the organizations civic engagement falls to the Board of Directors. The session ‘The Board Engages’ provides the capacity through knowledge, skills and values to tell your organization's story.
