Following capacity building sessions participants are granted access to our mentors. As leaders in the black community, our mentors volunteer with us to guide participants with their individual governance and leadership goals.
The Board Oversees
A core function for the board of directors is to provide oversight for the organization's responsibility to meet ethical and legal standards. In the session ‘The Board Oversees’ facilitators guide participants through the variations of these standards and to whom they apply.
